Introduction

Studies suggest that retention of information using typical pedagogy method training can be less than 10%. After 30 days, 80% more is lost if not reviewed. That is less than 2% retention after a month following the training.
What if students/employees could retain at least 50% of the training content?

In early 50s, Malcolm Shepherd Knowles, who was an American Adult Educator (The central figure in the US adult education in the second half of the twentieth century) adopted the theory of Andragogy — initially a term coined by the German teacher Alexander Kapp. Knowles is known and credited with being a fundamental influential professor of adult education for almost twenty years.
Andragogy is the art and science of helping adults learn. The Andragogical theory suggests that the facilitator/teacher must:
SET A COOPERATIVE LEARNING CLIMATE,
CREATE MECHANISMS FOR MUTUAL PLANNING,
ARRANGE FOR A DIAGNOSIS OF LEARNER NEEDS AND INTERESTS,
ENABLE THE FORMULATION OF LEARNING OBJECTIVES BASED ON THE DIAGNOSED NEEDS AND INTERESTS,
DESIGN SEQUENTIAL ACTIVITIES FOR ACHIEVING THE OBJECTIVES,
EXECUTE THE DESIGN BY SELECTING METHODS, MATERIALS, AND RESOURCES, AND
EVALUATE THE QUALITY OF THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE WHILE RE-DIAGNOSING NEEDS FOR FURTHER LEARNING.

In addition, training needs certain skills, practical tools, strategies, and techniques that will make it dynamic, engaging, and effective. These skills and techniques will be explained in details in this Train The Trainer training course.

DAY ONE
SESSION ONE

Ice Breaking Session
This is to involve the participants in getting to know each other and the facilitator well, and over viewing the subjects that will be taught along with a look at the stages of learning that the participants can expect to go through.

Mutual Understanding & Illuminating Session
In an attempt to set up the training that is to follow properly, participants are then engaged in a conversation and discussion related to the difficulties they face caused by various reasons.

SESSION THREE

Observation Session
each participant is required to deliver a 10 minutes presentation on his/her subject or a subject chosen by the organization. Each of these presentations will be recorded on video for the participants’ and the facilitator’s further analysis.

SESSION ONE

Intrapersonal & Interpersonal effectiveness 
This session allows the participants to discover more about their own personality style and techniques, the strengths and weaknesses of their personality, and it explains the right personal philosophy, disciplines, and attitude.

Effective Communication
In this session, the participants are introduced to communication, its types, goals, elements, distortions, and competences, how does it affect the performance of individuals, the importance of having knowledge and understanding, and learn the keys of being an effective communicator.

Mental Agility
Mental Agility is the quality of being mentally agile. It is the ability to move quickly and easily from one idea to another. Applying mental agility techniques to training helps to enhance the enjoyment and utility of the new skills by helping the trainees become faster and quicker.  This session explains mental agility and allows the participants to practice some of its methods.

Colered Brain Communication 
Identifying the way our brains process the world around us and overcome misunderstanding, conflict, and wastage of individual and group potentials.

DAY THREE
SESSION TWO 

Human Postures 
In this session, the participants are introduced to the 6 Human Postures and how to use them for a higher impact during presentations and while communicating with others.

DAY THREE
SESSION THREE

Education & Learning
This session explains the definitions of education, learning, the difference between teaching and training, as well as some of the learning theories, methodologies and the educational process.

DAY FOUR
SESSION ONE

Introduction to Pedagogy & Andragogy 
Pedagogy is the art and science of teaching. Andragogy is the art and science of helping adults learn. This session explains the difference between both of them and the skills, practical tools, strategies, and techniques that will make the training dynamic, engaging, and effective.

SESSION TWO 

Motivation Theories
This session explains some motivation theories which will help the participants understand how to make their trainees motivated to learn during the class.

SESSION THREE

Self-Concept & Increasing Self -Confidence
Self-Concept is the bundle of beliefs that we have about ourselves and our world. It is made up of three parts, each of which affects the others, self-ideal, self-image and self-esteem. Understanding these parts and the better they are will increase our self-confidence which is the first requisite to great undertakings of any kind.

Preparing A Powerful Presentation

This session explains the process of preparing a powerful presentation including, gathering materials, supporting the ideas, and organizing the body of the speech.

Presentation Skills

This session covers the following subjects:
Analyzing the audience
Working with adult audience
Beginning the training
Delivery methods
Memory training
Training people with diverse needs
Types of speeches & presentations
Using visual aids
Getting trainees involved
Mistakes & pitfalls that should be avoided
Closing the training

Classroom Management

This session covers the following subjects:
Emotions – Stress & Anger
Steps for efficient classroom management
Recognizing trainees’ levels of behavior
Maintaining interest
Problems with relevance and respect
Training different types of people
Dealing with difficult trainees
Controlling unruly behavior
Classroom discipline

 DAY SIX

ONE MONTH AFTER THE TRAINING (For In-House Programs only)

This day is fast review of the main points of the training contents. It is an enhancement and preparation for a better performance where participants will deliver presentations to evaluate the quality of their learning experience and re-diagnosing needs for further learning.
